A fully enclosed grandstand and outside viewing area is provided for the public.

This building also includes a private function room catering for a party of around 100 and also the administration tower for racing which houses telecast and broadcast facilities, photo finish and judge's room and Stewards' control centre.

Beneath the grandstand is the administration block, totalisator and bar facilities.

The Peachtree Inn Hotel was built on the existing site in Peachtree Road, Penrith in 1980. It was a meeting place for a number of clubs with facilities including a bistro, TAB and a lot of individual clubs.

In 2002, Colin Parras took over the Peachtree Inn Hotel and embarked on a major upgrade program designed by Australian interior designer Paul Kelly.
