Mission Australia exists to help people in need - whoever they are and wherever they come from.

SEE Foundation is a NSW State government funded service that provides support to 30 adults with multiple and severe disabilities including vision and hearing impairments.

SEE Foundation is a not for profit, charitable organisation.

SEE Foundation was established in 1990 and has been providing a continuous, high Quality service since that time.

In many ways, the Australian Red Cross Blood Service is a reflection of many of the best qualities of Australia and Australians.

A NATIONAL ORGANISATION

Before the Blood Service came into formal existence in 1996, the collection, processing and distribution of blood products throughout the country's health system was managed by individual State and Territory Red Cross Transfusion Services.

PCYC is Australia's only youth development organisation with 59 Clubs throughout NSW and over 50,000 members.

We provide young people with a range of sports, arts & leadership programs.

Our Police Youth Programmers work intensely with small groups of young people 'at risk', helping protect themselves and the community.

GREAT Community Transport Inc exists to look at areas of transport need and where appropriate provide flexible, special care transport assistance, within the available resources, for eligible "transport disadvantaged" residents of the Blue Mountains and Penrith Local Government Areas.

The Nepean Area Disabilities Organisation is a non-profit community-based, charitable organisation in Penrith serving the western areas of Sydney, Australia by providing and promoting projects for people with disabilities. This organisation was established in 1980 under the name of the "Nepean Social Club".

It was incorporated as NADO Inc. in 1992.

Relationships Australia has a centre at 340 High St, Penrith.

Relationships Australia services include counselling for individuals couples and families (face-to-face, telephone and online); parenting and relationship education; support for families going through separation; specialist services for people who have been in care, refugee families and Aboriginal communities; workplace counselling and training; employee assistance programs and consultancy for companies; and training for family support professionals. Relationships Australia NSW is part of a national network of over 200 centres.

Northcott Disability Services is one of the state’s leading service providers for people with a broad range of disabilities, supporting 10,000 people with disabilities, their families and carers across NSW and the ACT for over 80 years.

A broad range of programs is provided, from support in the initial diagnosis period and early intervention, through to early childhood development and assisting adults gain employment and independent living skills.

A not for profit charity, Karelle Life Enrichment Service was founded in 2003 in order to bring creative solutions to the needs of adults with intellectual disability. Over time, that brief was extended to children and young people without a disability, in out of home care.

Western Sydney Drug & Alcohol Resource Centre Inc. (WESDARC), now trading as Substance.org, is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation using a harm minimisation approach. We have been in operation since 1978 provide drug and alcohol information, referral services and engage in community development activities and projects.

Although we focus our services on our local areas of Penrith, the Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury we are also available to provide information, training and resources further afield.

Thorndale Foundation is a not for profit organisation which has provided support services for people with intellectual disability in the Nepean LGA for nearly 50 years.

Thorndale Foundation provides the opportunity and support to empower people with an intellectual disability to realise their individual capacities and aspirations, participate in the community, achieve their rights, especially in regard to protection from abuse, neglect or exploitation and have a standard of living which is reflective of the community.

Spyns Inc. is a community-based, non-profit organisation in the Penrith area. We work with young people, kids, families, Aboriginal people, mums and dads, seniors – pretty much everyone!

Our projects are detailed and grouped under the "Community", "Youth", and "Aboriginal Services" titles. Spyns staff works in early intervention and prevention model, building resilient individual, families and communities – and our projects reflect that framework.
