PCYC is Australia's only youth development organisation with 59 Clubs throughout NSW and over 50,000 members.

We provide young people with a range of sports, arts & leadership programs.

Our Police Youth Programmers work intensely with small groups of young people 'at risk', helping protect themselves and the community.

Penrith Rugby Club currently participates in the Premier Sydney Rugby Competition. The Club was established in 1965 and played for many years in the Sydney Sub District competitions. After playing for several years in 2nd Division of the Sydney Premiership we were then promoted to 1st Division in 1995. Currently we field four senior and one colts (U20) team. We are active in promoting rugby in the Penrith Valley region and as well as providing development at all levels.
