Take advantage of our fitness room, have a fitness assessment and personal training with our fitness leaders.  We have  aerobics, circuit, fat burning, high and low impact and other classes in our fitness room and aqua aerobics each day in our outdoor heated pool.  Try our new boxercise, kickboxing and pilates stretching classes.   Have fun with dynabands, the pocket exercise assistant.

Hopewood Health Retreat's accommodation ranges from motel style with ensuite overlooking the bush to budget rooms with shared bathrooms. Our tariff includes accommodation, all meals, activites and use of facilities including bikes, tennis courts and pool.
