Long before this, the local Dharug Aboriginals used to sharpen their tools with rocks from Jamieson Creek which runs from Mitchell’s Pass through the front of the present Clubhouse. Leonay Golf Course is set amongst beautiful surroundings, its layout presenting a challenge for even the best of golfers. The course maintenance team perform a tremendous job of keeping the course in great playing condition, even through both the recent drought and wet weather. Our Clubhouse, with views of the course, is without doubt significantly better and more comfortable than most and we boast the friendliest staff in the Nepean Valley. |
