Colliers International has now opened in Penrith with two very experienced commercial and industrial agents heading up the agency team.

Bruce Annabel is a local resident and has been a commercial and industrial agent in Penrith since 1979.

Matthew Neale is also a local resident and has been a commercial and industrial agent since 1988.

Together they will provide local business people, developers and investors with local knowledge backed by the resources of an international company with 267 offices worldwide. The office will grow to eventually house 10 agency staff and 6 valuation staff and will offer advice, marketing expertise, management, sales etc from the smallest 65sqm shop, office or factory through to the large multinational requirements.
