The Penrith office of Telstra Consumer and Channels has responsibility for a wide range of marketing, local engagement and technology functions within Telstra. The group covers an area bounded by Parramatta to Mt Victoria then to Bell and Wisemans Ferry – back to Parramatta. Commonly called “Sydney North West.” 

Being in Penrith makes sense from a geographic and business perspective.

The group is managed by Jonathon Grahame.

Key functions that the group undertake are:
Local engagement –  Sponsorship and participation in local activities such as Panthers Affinity Program, Schools Marketing Academy.
Technology –  Analysis of local telecommunications needs. Input into infrastructure planning forums.
Channel to Market- Oversight of local Channels to market to ensure that they meet local needs
Product - Continuous assessment of products and services to ensure that local requirements are met.
