They were pretty humble beginnings. In fact, the group only consisted of Jack, a second hand truck & one 1939 ex-army bulldozer. Due to experience and his reputation for 'getting the job done' Jack was soon winning earthmoving contracts all over developing areas of Western Sydney. Today, the JK Williams Group specialises in civil engineering, industrial and residential sub-divisions and is amongst the top five companies within its field in New South Wales. To date JK Williams has constructed 78% of all housing lots and 42% of all commercial lots in the Penrith City Council area alone. |
